TREVOR HIGGS

Trevor Higgs, a co-founder of Catalyzr, and brings over 25 years of HR and HR Technology experience having worked with some of the leading companies in Finance, Pharmaceuticals and Management Consulting. 

At Credit Suisse, Trevor managed the development of custom HR applications and the implementation of SaaS applications; eventually taking the role of Head of HR Technology before leaving Credit Suisse for Accenture.

In Accenture's Strategy group, Trevor built the HR Technology team, wrote the HR SaaS Point of View that was shared with clients, and advised global HR Leaders on the future of HR Technology.

 

Deciding to put the theory into practice, Trevor joined Johnson & Johnson as the Global Head of Candidate Experience, where he implemented the award winning "J&J Shine" program.

 

It was after he helped to co-found TCT, Inc, beqom's partner of choice for Financial Services implementations, that he and Jeremy had the idea to form Catalyzr - a talent intelligence tool that uses cognitive science to measure and quantify a person's potential for employment success in any role in a company.  

 

Trevor received a BA in East Asian Studies from Yale University.

SHARIF AHMED

Sharif Ahmed is Catalyzr's Technology Lead and Architect, bringing over 25 years of experience in digital transformation, entrepreneurship, technology consulting, and product management to the team.

 

Sharif began his career as a consultant for PeopleSoft, where he eventually held senior positions across multiple functions and a range of specializations while working in diverse client environments including global implementations in North America, Asia and Europe.

After PeopleSoft, Sharif consulted independently eventually forming his own software development company, Periscope Development where he developed and deployed applications for his clients. In 2018, Periscope began its relationship with TCT, Inc providing resources to implement the beqom HR compensation platform and it was through this partnership that Sharif met and began working with Trevor and Jeremy to develop Catalyzr.

Sharif received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

JEREMY BARGIEL

Jeremy Bargiel, a co-founder of Catalyzr, has 10 years of experience in HR Technology consulting, client delivery and passion for Learning & Development. Together with Trevor Higgs, they conceived of Catalyzr as a way to impact people's lives by helping them understand and reach their potential.

Previously, Jeremy has worked as an HR consultant partnering with Fortune 500 companies to understand their business drivers and then identify and implement best-in-class HR SaaS applications, first at Accenture and then at TCT inc.



In a previous career, Jeremy was a producer and writer for Emmy award winning children’s programming and recognizes how difficult it is to transition careers and to have your talent be evaluated and recognized.

Jeremy received a BA in Political Science from Yale University.

MARYANN HOLDER - BROWNE 

MaryAnn Holder has held global roles as CMO and VP Demand Generation for leading companies, such as GreyOrange, Bizagi, One Network, and Anaplan. As a strategic marketer focused on technology, she has a 20- year track record as a B2B growth promoter, skilled at building brand while creating demand. Her career in enterprise technology and B2C brand agency means that technology, business focus, and marketing brand are unified for profitability. Built on her belief that high performance teams are created and nurtured by success, she believes in alignment to all areas of business to create a “one team” focus—ultimately to win business and generate revenue. She was responsible for Process Industries Marketing at SAP, and has held roles at SuccessFactors, Oracle, CSC and i2 Technologies.

TIM HUGHES

Tim is a veteran of the HR technology space, with over 20 years of experience in managing alliances and channels for high-growth SaaS firms. Tim has held senior alliances roles at Beamery, Qualtrics, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors and DigitalThink. He is dedicated to building high value alliance relationships that drive revenue growth and profitability.

 

Tim has deep expertise in developing systems integrator alliances with global leaders like Accenture, Bain, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and McKinsey.  He is an experienced channel leader, having built and run channel partnerships to open and grow new markets and geographies.   In addition to channels and alliances, Tim also has a passion for developing revenue-first technology and product development partnerships, launching resell, white-label and revenue-sharing relationships across an array of solutions.  

 

Across his career, Tim has developed deep global expertise, having signed, built and managed partnerships across the US, Canada, Latin America and Europe with both large global SIs and regional firms.  He currently resides in the Boston area with his family and enjoys coaching youth sports in his free time.

GRAHAM BOLTON

Graham has not only held various senior positions at both International and Investment Banks, but also has launched several start up companies in his career.   He has led significant teams at both Barclays and Lehman Brothers, as well as Technology development teams globally from Europe to Asia and the US.  His focus is on growing young company profitability to generate value for shareholders.

 

Leading  and representing TCT Inc, the largest investor in Catalyzr Inc., Graham has a total belief in the value, innovation and objectivity that Catalyzr brings to the business world, and expects it truly to become the ‘one number needed for Talent’.

 

Originally from the UK Graham has been a professional in the Financial/Banking world his entire career and is a member of the Royal Association of Bankers.

BRIAN SMIGA

Brian Smiga, a serial entrepreneur and seasoned marketer, is a Partner at Alpha. Brian also advises Pritzker Group Venture Capital on deal origination and relationships. 

Prior to Alpha Partners, Brian was the founder and CEO of Preclick, (sold to Smilebox), where he developed photo software licensed worldwide by HP, 3M, Sandisk, Walmart, Costco, CVS, and Walgreens. Prior to Preclick, Mr. Smiga was CEO at 3Path, an early Dropbox, an Intel and Goldman-Sachs backed startup, and the SVP of Marketing at 1ClickCharge, an early Bolt, where his product launch resulted in a sale of the company to CMGi.

Since first working with Mr. Brotman at 1ClickCharge, Mr. Smiga advised Brotman-backed portfolio companies: Altruik, Headliner, Knovel, and Mobile Commons. In the 1990s, Mr. Smiga began his career as a developer at Booz & Co, and in Silicon Valley was the founder of Portfolio Software and Actioneer, where he co-authored six collaboration software patents and licensed top-rated software to Apple, IBM, Lotus, Microsoft, AOL, 3Com, Acco, and others. Brian received a BA in Liberal Arts from Swarthmore College, and a Masters of Philosophy in Literature from Trinity College, University of Dublin, Ireland. Brian is the founder of TEDxAsburyPark, the top-ranked TEDx conference on the US east coast, and a board member of the Roothbert Fund, a scholarship grant program for graduate students whose daily actions are guided by spirituality.
